This number is shocking, but what's more concerning is that a significant portion of this waste is avoidable.

According to World Health Organization data, over 60% of chronic diseases are related to poor dietary habits. So, how can we eat both healthily and deliciously?
Balanced Diet
From my experience, daily meals should follow the "70% full, 50% vegetables" rule. Specifically, the ratio of carbohydrates, protein, and fat should be maintained at around 5:3:2. You should eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily, with each serving about the size of an adult's palm.
I remember once when I tried recording my diet for a week, I discovered I hadn't eaten any fruit for three consecutive days. This discovery made me realize that while we might think we're eating healthily, our nutrition often isn't balanced.
